According to the agreement with the Scientific Electronic Library (E-library) dated from 09.06.2017 № 263-06/2017, all the issues of the journal are free available on the integrated scientific information portal eLIBRARY.RU and also, according to the Regulation Rules, the contents of the journal are included into the database of the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RSCI). The journal exports all its metadata to open repositories of scientific information; journal articles are indexed in RSCI (eLibrary.ru), each article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier - a standard for the designation of information presented on the network).

The journal is included in the VAK List as a publication included in the international abstract database and citation system Chemical Abstracts (CA) (https://vak.minobrnauki.gov.ru/uploader/loader?type=19&name=3408291001&f=15951). According to the Information Letter of the Higher Attestation Commission dated December 6, 2022 No. 0201198, publications included in international databases are equated to category K1 (https://vak.minobrnauki.gov.ru/uploader/loader?type=19&name=92685697002&f=21727).

We publish articles of reseachers and experts representing leading research centers, institutes, organizations, and also universities of Russia and foreign countries.

Original articles, reviews, brief communications, etc., describing results of both fundamental and applied research, are published provided that they meet the requirements for articles submission guidelines, the favorable peer review of the article is available, the material complies with the publication ethics, and satisfies the proper rules for list of cited bibliographic references to articles.

The official languages ​​of the journal are Russian and English. The articles are submitted in both Russian and English.
