Аннотация

В обзоре обобщены и проанализированы актуальные данные из различных литературных источников по вопросу эффективности и безопасности применения четвертичных аммониевых соединений в составе биоцидных средств. На примере ионных жидкостей и четвертичных фосфониевых соединений затронуты важные аспекты разработки и синтеза новых антимикробных композиций в качестве альтернативных химических средств, обладающих высокой целевой эффективностью и меньшей степенью потенциальной токсичности. Изложенные в статье сведения свидетельствуют о необходимости пересмотра практики широкого применения ЧАС в составе биоцидных продуктов, более пристального внимания регулирующих органов при испытаниях и регистрации новых дезинфектантов и антисептиков на основе ЧАС, важном значении дополнительных целенаправленных исследований для объективной оценки проблемы.
