Publication frequency — bi-annualy. The materials received by the editorial office in the period from October 2 to April 1 are intended for publication in the June issue of the journal and, accordingly, the materials received by the editorial board from April 2 to October 1 are intended for publication in the December issue of the journal.

Special issues and additional materials can be published by decision of the Editorial Council and the Editorial Board of the journal.
