Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication their work(s), that is, they grant the Publisher (FRCCP RAS) the right to use their work(s) for reproduction, publication, reissuing, adaptation and distribution. It is a simple non-exclusive license, free of charge.
  2. Authors may enter into other contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the work published version (e.g., posting it to institutional database or publishing it in a book), with reference to its original publication in this journal.
  3. The journal publishes articles under the license Creative Commons Attribution Creative Commons «Attribution-NonCommercial» (CC BY-NC 4.0) that allows others to share and use the work with acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal, but indicating if changes were made and not for commercial purposes.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional database or on website), as this can lead to productive collaboration and a wider citation of the article. 

LICENSE AGREEMENT (public offer)

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is publicly available, which is addressed to an indefinite circle of adults and capable individuals.

Terms and Definitions

A public offer – compliance with all essential conditions – this is a proposal from which the will of the person is seen, the division of the proposal, the conclusion of an agreement on the proposal of conditions with anyone who responds.

The work – the creative work created by the Author (Authors) – an article/paper.

License Agreement is an agreement under which the right to use the results of intellectual property is provided (copyright articles).

Website – the website of the Chemical Safety Science journal (hereinafter – the Journal) https://chemsafety.ru

Acceptance is a conclusive action of an individual, expressed in uploading the Article to the Site and confirming the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement, and is also considered tantamount to entering into this agreement on the terms set forth in it.

License Terms

  1. Accepting the terms of this License Agreement, the Author of the article (hereinafter referred to as Article / Work) guarantees the Publisher that:

1.1. He is the Author and copyright holder of the Article; the Article is original, is not restrain borrowings that violate the rights of other authors, and has not been previously submitted  to other publishers and will not be transferred to other persons, including publishers, mass media, etc. for reproduction, publication, and distribution.

1.2. The content of the Article does not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, does not contain offensive information that contradicts moral principles and generally accepted values;

1.3. The content of the Article does not violate the rights of third parties.

  1. The copyright for the articles uploaded to the Website is the property of the authors of corresponding articles.
  2. Accepting the terms of this License Agreement, the Author grants the Publisher the right to publish its Article.
  3. Accepting the terms of this License Agreement, the Author grants the Publisher public rights (non-exclusive license) (free of charge) to use the Article for reproduction, publication, reissuing, adaptation and distribution.
  4. The Author grants the Publisher the right to use the Work in the ways provided for in this License Agreement on the territory of all countries of the world.
  5. The term of a non-exclusive license, which grants the Publisher the right to use the Articles of the author, is the term of the exclusive right of the author to the Article from the moment the Article is downloaded to the Website.
  6. When uploading Articles to the Website, the authors automatically give their consent to use their own name and the Articles uploaded to the Website for the Publisher's statutory purposes, as well as consent to the use of the Articles in the manner provided for in this License Agreement.
  7. Uploading an Article to the Website confirms that the author understands all the terms of this License Agreement, he is aware of the legal consequences of non-compliance with the terms of this License Agreement, agrees with the terms of this License Agreement, and also understands and agrees with the scope of the non-exclusive rights transferred to the Publisher in accordance with this License Agreement.
