Director of the Research Institute of Hygiene, Toxicology, Epidemiology, Virology and Microbiology of the State Institution "Republican Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health" which is known as a leading research and practical organization in the Republic of Belarus in the field of hygiene, toxicology and preventive medicine. Ph.D. (Medicine), associate professor, physician of superior expert category. Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
Highly qualified expert in the field of public health, health care management and economics, collective agreement regulations, personnel management, medical ecology, radiation safety and radiation hygiene, regulations and standards of radiation safety.

- Scientific supervisor of discipline-specific research and technical programs Modern Conditions of Life and Health Protection (2013-2017), Health and Environment (2016-2020);
- Coordinator of communications on European project ‘Environment and Health’ on behalf of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus;
- National Coordinator of the World Health Organization (WHO) for Environment and Health;
- Member of the Advisory Committee of the Eurasian Economic Commission on Technical Regulation, Application of Sanitary, Veterinary and Phytosanitary Measures;
- Continually, represents interests of the Republic of Belarus at different kinds of events at WHO, governing bodies of the Eurasian Economic Community, and CIS;
- Coordinates R&D activities of the Republican Unitary Enterprise ‘Scientific and Practical Center for Hygiene’ focused at scientific and technical cooperation with leading research centers and institutions of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Latvia, etc.

- member of Collegium of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus;

Member of Editorial Board of the scientific and practical journal ‘Nutrition Issues’ (Russian Federation), Editorial Board of the quarterly peer-reviewed scientific and practical journal ‘Problems of Health and Ecology’ (Republic of Belarus).
Editor-in-chief of the collection of scientific papers “Health and the Environment”, included by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus in the List of publications for publishing the results of dissertation research.
