Влияние радионуклидных факторов на развитие аутоиммунного тиреоидита у детей старших классов

Аннотация

Обследованы 137 школьников с зобом в возрасте 12–16 лет. Определяли содержание гормона ЩЖ – тиреоидной пероксидазы в сыворотке крови. Содержание радионуклидов и микроэлементов в волосах измеряли нейтронно-активационным и рентгеноспектральным методом. По схеме исследования школьники в зависимости от источника водопотребления были распределены на 2 группы. В I группу вошло 69 школьников, употреблявших воду, загрязненную ураном, торием и стронцием. II (контрольную) группу составили 68 школьников, употреблявших безрадионуклидную воду. Показано, что в I группе заболеваемость аутоиммунным тиреоидитом (АИТ) регистрируется более чем в 30 раз чаще, чем во II (контрольной) группе. Высокий показатель заболеваемости среди мальчиков связан с купанием в загрязненной радионуклидами речной воде. В I группе содержание урана выше нормы выявлено у 97,1%, тория – у 26,08% и стронция – у 21,74%. При содержании урана в волосах свыше 0,06 мкг/г (в норме 0,02 мкг/г) АИТ выявлен у 90,9%, а при содержании тория выше 0,01мкг/г – у 100%, т.е. причиной развития АИТ чаще является торий. При этом у всех детей наблюдалось увеличение щитовидной железы.
