Оценка риска здоровью от поступающих с пищей пестицидов, нарушающих работу эндокринной системы
Аннотация
Представлены результаты оценки риска для здоровья, связанного с воздействием пестицидов, нарушающих работу эндокринной системы, поступающих в организм человека с овощами и фруктами. В проанализированных растительных образцах определены остаточные количества 8 действующих веществ, входящих в состав пестицидов названной группы, среди которых фосфорорганические соединения (диметоат, диазинон, малатион, фенитротион), карбаматы (метомил), бензимидазолы (карбендазим), дикарбоксимиды (процимидон) и дитиокарбаматы (манкозеб). Среднее значение концентрации обнаруженных веществ варьируется в диапазоне от 0,0104 (диметоат в пробах лука) до 0,12 мг/кг (карбендазим в пробах капусты). Диметоат, найденный во всех исследованных 17 продуктах питания растительного происхождения, является наиболее часто определяемым пестицидом. Суточная доза потребления данных пестицидов определена в пределах от 0,000001 до 0,00020 мг/кг массы тела. Индекс опасности варьирует в диапазоне от 0,0004 до 0,15, при этом его наименьшее значение определено для фенитротиона, максимальное – для диазинона. Комбинированный индекс опасности составляет 0,4286. Основной риск воздействия приходится на пестициды с фосфорорганическими и карбаматными группами (91,3%). Обсуждается эффект низких доз и эффект «коктейля». С целью обеспечения безопасности потребителей и снижения рисков для здоровья населения предлагается пересмотреть использование эндокринных нарушителей, таких как диазинон, диметоат, малатион, карбендазим. Риски для здоровья, связанные с «эффектом коктейля» в повседневной жизни человека, не всегда реально оценивают качество и безопасность продуктов питания, а, следовательно, и фактический риск для здоровья населения от длительного комбинированного воздействия химических веществ.
