Влияние содержания урана и тория в плаценте на развитие врожденных патологий у новорожденных детей

Аннотация

В статье приведены полученные данные по выявлению влияния радиации и содержания радионуклидов в плаценте на развитие врожденных патологий у 124106 живорожденных детей в роддоме в возрасте от 0 до 6 дней. Также было исследовано 106 плацент рожениц, проживающих в урановой и без урановой зонах, на содержание урана и тория в золе плаценты с помощью нейтронно-активационного и рентгеноспектрального анализа. В I группе на наличие врожденных патологий было обследовано 8452 живорожденных ребенка в возрасте от 0 до 6 дней, матери которых постоянно проживают в г. Майлуу-Суу, т.е. в урановой биогеохимической зоне; также были обследованы 74 плаценты рожениц и их новорожденные дети. Во II группу (контрольную) вошли матери, постоянно проживающие в безурановой зоне в г. Ош. Обследованы 115654 живорожденных ребенка на наличие врожденных патологий, а также плаценты 32 рожениц и их дети. У детей, матери которых проживают в урановой зоне, врожденные патологии в возрасте до 6 дней выявляются в 2,9 раза чаще, чем у детей, матери которых проживают в безурановой зоне. Содержание урана и тория в золе плаценты было в 160 раз выше, по сравнению с образцами золы плаценты женщин из безурановой зоны.
