Грудное молоко как биологический маркер для определения загрязнения окружающей среды хлорорганическими пестицидами в условиях юга Кыргызстана

Аннотация

В статье приведены полученные данные по выявлению скрытых почвенных очагов хлорорганических пестицидов, в том числе альдрина и гептахлора, находящихся на территории Ошской и Джалал-Абадской области Кыргызской Республики. В качестве биомаркеров исследована 161 проба грудного женского молока, 40 проб коровьего молока, а также 96 проб почвы на содержание высокотоксичных альдрина и гептахлора. Альдрин и гептахлор обнаружены как в грудном молоке женщин, проживающих вблизи ядохимикатного могильника и хлопкосеющих зон, где находятся остатки ядохимикатных складов и агроаэроплощадок, так и в пробах коровьего молока из тех же зон.
